Feeling stressed? Here's a great opportunity to reduce stress by practicing mindful meditation in community with one another.

Each week one of our facilitators (professionally trained in mindfulness and meditation) lead the group in a formal meditation practice and lead discussions on the fundamental principles of mindfulness. Mindfulness teaches us how to use present-moment awareness to understand how our habits in thinking and reacting can negatively affect our emotional and social well-being. Mindfulness and meditation can help reduce stress and improve relationships, so join us!
